John R. Garza
Mr. Garza is considered one of the top lawyers in Maryland and Washington DC. He has been named a "Super Lawyer" in Maryland and one of the top trial lawyers in Washington DC. John Garza represents clients in both civil and criminal litigation. Much of his litigation practice has involved brain injury cases, medical malpractice or other personal injury cases. Additionally, he represents clients in general business litigation and real estate transactions.
Mr. Garza received both his undergraduate degree (B.A.) and his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Maryland. Mr. Garza is admitted to practice law in Maryland, the U.S. District Court of Maryland, U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Garza is also a member of many professional organizations. In addition, Mr. Garza has been active in those professional organizations, serving in many different positions during his time with them. Mr. Garza has served on the Local Rules Committee for the U.S. District Court. He was chairman of the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee (2006), earned the President’s Citation (2008) and was a CLE Senior Lecturer (1990-2006) for the Montgomery County Bar Association. Additionally, he served as President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association (2001-2002).

Lawrence F. Regan, Jr.
Mr. Regan has been recognized for his superior legal work by SuperLawyer magazine. He was named a SuperLawyer for both Maryland and Washington, DC in 2007 and 2008. Additionally, he was named a SuperLawyer in the Corporate Counsel Edition in 2009.
